But a severe illness, an accident or an emotional crisis can overwhelm us, at least temporarily, and suddenly we need help. As a family sensitive peer support mental health organization, we are dedicated to the improvement of quality of life for those living with mental health challenges through education, peer support and advocacy. - offer self-help for all Manitobans affected by anxiety disorders
- provide Cognitive Behavioural Programs (CBP), and ongoing support groups for the prevention, education, early intervention and management of anxiety disorders to adults.
